Getting there
By train
The ICE train station Köln Messe/Deutz is only a few minutes' walk from Confex and offers optimal connections. Travel CO2-neutral to the SCD with Deutsche Bahn.
By car
The Confex in Cologne is easily accessible by car. Parking is available in the surrounding parking garages of Messe Köln.
By plane
From Cologne/Bonn Airport, you can reach Confex in just 15 minutes by S-Bahn (S19) or cab. From Frankfurt Airport, you can take the ICE train to Cologne Central Station in about an hour and from there take the S-Bahn or a taxi to Confex.

Will the event be rescheduled?
Yes, the new date for the Shopware Community Day 2025 is September 16.
What happens to my event ticket?
Your SCD ticket will still be valid – more details coming soon.
Will I receive a refund?
Your SCD ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled event. If you cannot attend on September 16, we’re happy to offer you a full refund of the ticket price. Please contact us via email at events@shopware.com, or you can cancel your order yourself. In your confirmation email, you will find a link that takes you directly to your order. There, you have the option to edit the personal data or proceed with a full cancellation (scroll down to the end of your order summary).
I booked travels/accommodation - can I get reimbursed?
Please check the cancellation conditions of your accommodation. Many hotels located within the official evacuation zone are currently waiving cancellation fees due to the exceptional circumstances—so it’s worth contacting them directly to clarify your options.
