Code of Conduct

All attendees, speakers, and sponsors at the Shopware Community Day are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Shopware staff will enforce this code throughout the entire event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.

The short version

Welcome to a safe, respectful, and inclusive space 💙  At Shopware events, we value openness, authenticity, and visionary thinking – with respect, inclusion, and integrity at the core.  To make sure everyone has a positive experience, please:

  • Be kind, respectful, and inclusive to all.

  • Be mindful of how others might feel in conversations – not everyone is comfortable with the same topics.

  • Avoid discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior.

  • Use technology responsibly – no spamming, cyberbullying, or misuse of event tools.

  • Respect privacy and don’t share confidential info without permission.

If you see or experience something concerning, report it to a Shopware staff member or use our anonymous Whistleblower Channel (Report Misconduct).  By attending a Shopware event, you agree to follow this Shopware Event Code of Conduct. Let’s create a welcoming, safe, and inspiring experience – together.  For more details, check out the full Shopware Event Code of Conduct here.
