How does the approval process for a Merchant SCD Ticket work?

After you have submitted your application to us (simply select the Merchant SCD Ticket above and enter your details), we will run a quick check if your company is a retailing company. You will receive a binding acceptance or rejection by email as soon as possible. This may take up to a week.

I am a developer. Which ticket is right for me?

If you work as a developer at a retail company, go for a Merchant SCD Ticket. If you work for a Shopware Partner, at an agency or for a technology service provider, the Regular SCD Ticket is the right ticket for you.

Can I change my order details?

In your confirmation email, you will find a link that will take you directly to your order. There you have the option of updating your personal data, for example, if there is a change of participant.
