I would like to book a stand at the Shopware Community Day – what are my available options?

If you are a Shopware partner, you can find an overview of the various packages in your partner account. With any questions, you can get in direct contact with our Account Management team by writing an email or calling 00 800 746 7626 0 (international, toll-free) / +49 (0) 2555 92885-0 (Germany).

I am an exhibitor and need an additional ticket.

If the amount you booked is insufficient, you can request additional tickets by writing an email to our Event Marketing team. We will be happy to provide you with a code to purchase discounted tickets.

Can I purchase a speaker slot?

No, speaker slots are not for sale. This helps us avoid any commercial interests – after all, we want to offer visitors engaging presentations with genuine added value. If you are interested in presenting a unique topic or a Shopware 6 use case, just let us know your idea by applying to become a speaker at Become speaker.

Ticketing

Is the catering free of charge?

Yes, your ticket covers all food and drinks (also including the After Show Party). For lunch and dinner, we set up a Street Food Park that features a diverse selection of food from various specialty vendors.

I have food allergies/dietary restrictions – will there be any suitable catering for me?

When you purchase your ticket, we ask about any food allergies/intolerances. We do our best to take these into account in cooperation with our service providers.

What is included in the ticket price?

The ticket price includes catering, drinks, the After Show Party and admission to all areas and stages.

I am unable to make it to the event – can I have my ticket transferred to a colleague?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to another person within your company. Please send an email to our Event Marketing team with your name and ticket number and be sure to include the email address of the new ticket holder.

What requirements do I have to meet to book a discounted ticket?

You must be able to prove that you run an online shop.

What requirements do I have to meet to book a discounted start-up shop operator ticket?

Your company, which operates an online shop, must not be older than three years. A business licence must be enclosed within the ticket purchase.

I am unable to come – can I cancel my ticket?

Yes, just send an email to our Event Marketing team with your ticket number. Depending on the ticket category, some cancellations are subject to a processing fee.

Where do I enter my promotion code?

Directly above the ticket selection there is a blue button with the inscription "Click here to enter a promotion code".

Where do I find the invoice for my ticket?

The invoice will be sent to you via email by XING Events.

General questions

Is there an official app for the Shopware Community Day?

Yes, the official SCD App will be available for free download on the App Store and on the Google Play Store very soon.

Is there a code of conduct for the Shopware Community Day?

How do I get to the event?

Is there a wardrobe at the event location?

We provide you with a guarded wardrobe, free of charge. There is also room for small suitcases.

Can I leave the event and re-enter without any problems?

After checking in, you are free to come and go as you please.

Are all areas wheelchair accessible?

The developer area (the Blower House Complex) and the Street Food Park are completely barrier-free. Apart from the Experience Trail, the Power Plant is also wheelchair accessible.

What are the opening hours of the Street Food Park?

The Street Food Park opens for our visitors during lunch and dinner. The exact opening hours will be announced on site. By the way: Drinks and snacks will be provided throughout the day in the Power Plant.

Will it be possible to charge my laptop or smartphone at the event?

Yes, you can borrow a power bank at the entrance of the Power Plant.

Is smoking allowed on the premises?

Smoking is allowed outside.
