Regarding the SCD 2020 corona virus

I’ve already purchased a ticket for the Shopware Community Day. How do I get a refund?

Of course, you will be refunded the full ticket price. We’re working with the ticketing portal to get refunds organised promptly. XING Events will be in touch with you personally if there are any questions about the refund. Please be patient, as this may take 10 to 14 days. The transaction will simply be reversed. If you haven’t received your money by 30th March, please contact XING Events.

How will the refund be processed?

The payment will be refunded using the same method in which it was made.
